The second-hand marketplace Users Share Anger Regarding Size Changes
Shoppers are voicing their frustration due to a modification that led to listings displaying inaccurate size information.
The second-hand shopping app has updated its sizing categories for female and kids' apparel failing to inform all users about the change.

Countless users and merchants are posting online saying Vinted listings now show an altered size classification than originally posted due to the recalibration.
The company said the updated approach better aligns with comparable marketplaces.
The platform has recommended to check their listings and update the measurements by hand where appropriate, resulting in member annoyance.
Size Classification Modifications
Earlier, the sizes had both one number and one letter, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has a letter and a range for example S/UK 8-10.
For certain items, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size was formerly size 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18.
Member Experiences
Frankie Bridger, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," as the platform currently indicates.
Stephanie Gallen, based in Glasgow, said garments she listed with size 14 tags were showing in the marketplace as size 20–22.
"If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they're going to be very disappointed," she stated.
Required Changes
Charlotte Lunn, located in England, said she had been left angered due to the update requiring manual adjustment the sizing for "all her products".
"Personally, this is quite irritating, because of my ongoing medical condition and Vinted sales have been crucial for me since losing part of my income," she said.
Platform Context
The service features exceeding 100 million shoppers, with 18 million British users.
It has emerged as a preferred choice to second-hand platforms like eBay and Depop.
This isn't the first time when a surprising modification to the app has proved unpopular: previously, the service retracted a modification concerning shipment methods following member complaints.
