The head of state traveled to address Ukrainian forces in the eastern front on Tuesday. Zelenskyy announced that he engaged with warriors at the military base of the 1st Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya area, an urban center approximately 20km from the focal point.

Critical Situation in the Region

Updated analysis from a local initiative revealed that opposition armies had made gains into Pokrovsk and nearby locations, though significant areas was not fully held by any party. The conditions are severe, with reports indicating that opposition troops were establishing defenses and building up positions in some districts.

Opposition armies are making progress in the Pokrovsk sector and are reportedly acting with enhanced confidence within the city proper.
